In 2023, Minnesota passed the “Pro Act” into law codifying into law the right to murder a preborn child at any point in pregnancy. In the 1995 case Doe v. Gomez, the Minnesota State Supreme Court invented a right to murder preborn children, claiming the supposed right was protected by Article 1, Sections 2, 7, and 10 of the State Constitution.
No bill has been introduced to abolish abortion in Minnesota.
