Utah’s trigger ban is currently enjoined as it goes through the State Courts. The trigger ban would make killing a preborn child a second degree felony for abortionists, with exceptions for rape, incest, fetal abnormality, life of the mother, and health risk to the mother. Utah’s 18-week abortion ban is currently being enforced.
No bill has been introduced to abolish abortion in Utah.
